How do i do act-a-fool moves, and stunt dunks?

I accepted the papperazi job offer, but i cant figure out how to do act a fool moves! Please help! Oh, and i bought stunt dunks, and i cant seem to use them. Help? Thanks! :D

I dont know how to do stunt dunks but to act a fool hold R1 and press square.
