Why are the personalities not unlocked after I've completed story mode?

I have completed the story mode three times but after I get out of story mode and go to choose from floor generals, anklebreakers, mascots, etc., the personalities are never unlocked. (hot sauce, ludacris, jin...) what exactly do I need to do to unlock those guys? thanks!

U have to make sure u completed the story mode & u have to make sure u play the t. in hollywood and v.beach too & do the side misson too ok
