Metal Slug 6 Anthologized
SNK Playmore confirms that latest arcade game will be added to PSP, Wii compilation; every installment of arcade series now included in package.
When the Metal Slug series debuted on the NeoGeo 10 years ago, gamers had to part with hundreds of dollars to own a copy. Now that arcade action classic and the six 2D Metal Slug sequels it spawned will all be available for the cost of a single PSP or Wii game.
SNK Playmore today added an extra game to its previously announced Metal Slug Anthology. Billed originally as six games in one (Metal Slug 1-5 and the Metal Slug 2 spin-off Metal Slug X), the compilation will now include Metal Slug 6 as well. Released in arcades earlier this year, Metal Slug 6 introduces two classic SNK characters to the series' roster: the original Ikari Warriors Ralf and Clark.
Metal Slug Anthology is expected to ship in November.
