Carnivores: Cityscape ships
Infogrames' latest action game is heading to stores, and this time the dinosaurs can fight back.
Infogrames has announced that Carnivores: Cityscape, its latest first-person action game, has shipped and will arrive in stores later this month. Like the previous games in the series, the new game lets players assume the role of a hunter stalking a series of ferocious creatures, and it also adds the option to play as one of the dinosaurs.
The game begins as a starship crashes into Earth, releasing a horde of Jurassic-period creatures into a huge metropolis. As a hunter, players have access to a large arsenal of high-powered weapons that they can use to eliminate the dangerous creatures, while as a dinosaur, players must use their claws and teeth to fight their way to freedom. In addition to the single-player mode, the game supports cooperative and head-to-head play in its multiplayer mode.
Carnivores: Cityscape was developed by Sunstorm Interactive and will soon be available in stores for an approximate retail price of $19.99. For more information, take a look at our previous coverage of the game.
