Cold Fear Gets Rocked by Marilyn Manson

San Francisco, Calif.,–February 3, 2005– Rocking the horror genre with its new action-horror release, Cold Fear, Ubisoft today announced that Marilyn Manson's song "Use Your Fist and Not Your Mouth" headlines the in-game soundtrack. Manson's edgy track sets the stage for the trouble that awaits lead character Tom Hansen as he arrives on the violently rocking ship's bloodstained decks.

In Cold Fear, players step into the role of Tom Hansen, a U.S. Coast Guard who is sent to board a drifting Russian whaling ship in the middle of a howling storm on the Bering Sea. He arrives only to discover that terrifying surprises await him on the bloodstained decks of the constantly rocking, shifting vessel. Set in a volatile, dynamic environment, players will find themselves overwhelmed by fear as they engage in intense combat with intelligent enemies. Developed in Paris, France by Darkworks, Cold Fear will launch for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system and the Xbox video game system from Microsoft on March 15, 2005.
