Dungeons & dragons online doesnt have a persistent world. Players interact freely in towns but all other areas are instanced, just like Guild Wars 1. Do u really want to spend money on that? Well if u love rpg games more than mmorpg then u should.
Dungeons & Dragons Online expansion hits June 25
Menace of the Underdark add-on drops for PC this summer, raises level cap, adds new zones; $30, $50, and $80 preorder options available.
The first expansion for Dungeons & Dragons Online--Menace of the Underdark--will arrive on June 25, developer Turbine announced today.
Players can begin preordering the expansion today through the massively multiplayer online role-playing game's website. Gamers can select a $30 base edition, a $50 standard edition, or an $80 collector's edition.
The Menace of the Underdark expansion for the MMORPG raises the game's level cap to 25, adds new zones to journey through, and brings the all-new shape-shifting druid class to the free-to-play title.
As for the new areas players can explore, Menace of the Underdark adds the Forgotten Realms, with players being dropped into the village of Eveningstar to begin their journeys. From there, gamers will encounter Lolth, the spider queen of the Underdark Drow. Additionally, players will be able to explore the Drow capital Shindylryn in the new expansion.
