EA Quake III Map Pack
The World Is Not Enough PC team releases another map pack for Quake III.
The PC level design team for Electronic Arts' upcoming Bond game, The World Is Not Enough, has released a set of 13 new Quake III maps. Built in the team's limited spare time with a number of custom textures and shaders, the pack includes 12 deathmatch arenas and one capture-the-flag map. The World Is Not Enough uses the Quake III engine, so the team's skills should certainly show in this informal map effort.
In a note accompanying the maps, the team commented, "All of us enjoy designing, and playing Quake III maps, so we naturally make a few when time permits. Most of these maps are space maps because they're fairly quick and easy to build."
