European GBA launch date set
Nintendo sets the European launch date for the Game Boy Advance. It will be soon after the North American launch.
Nintendo Europe has set the European release date for the Game Boy Advance. The handheld will be launched in that territory on June 22 with ten games currently planned for release at launch. Nintendo expects to ship an additional 40 first- and third-party games for the European GBA by Christmas. The launch list is below.

F-Zero: Maximum Velocity
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
Konami Krazy Racers
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater
Ready 2 Rumble Boxing: Round 2
Tweety and the Magic Jewel
Top Gear GT Championship
The GBA is currently available in Japan and will launch in North America on June 11. Nintendo is expected to ship approximately 1 million units each for the North American and European launches.
