FIFA 11 kicking off this autumn

I am hoping that EA make injuries more realistic, many of the players go down clutching their legs, after the match it turns out they had a dislocated finger

I love it when fanboys give you a thumbs down when you say stuff they don't like (although not offensive)... everything I said about PES/WE/ISS is right, I've been playing FIFA and ISS since 5th grade. @ SamSharp505_UOC Yeah, the manual passing system exists, use your right analogue stick to control whatever types of passes you want. also when you hold the pass or through button longer, the pass goes further.

i dont y every one raves about fifa 10 compared to its couterparts on the consoles the pc version was usless

@Simon250505 Haha, I've noticed douche make its way into English vocab recently. It's a nice word. :P He isn't really mature and I can kind of understand when you say terrible sport, but as you said it is the media saying he will win it and stuff, he just seems a down to earth guy, never boasts about his goals no matter how good they are and always gives as much credit to his team mates as he can, he's a good team player and if he keeps it up he will sort his attitude out too.

I will take the risk and I will be selling my precious FIFA 10 in order to get some bucks to buy FIFA 11... If my senses do not betray me , I think it will improve over the past verison (and that is difficult cuz FIFA 10 was awesome).

I hope they add more stadium. Like the rest of the 5-Star UEFA Elite Stadia, two Asian stadia (Seoul and Yokohama), two US stadia (Meadowlands and Home Depot Center), and Soccer City. I know this won't happen until next generation or the Euro 2016 but how about a 24 team Tournament Knockout? Just a few more teams from the other confederations outside of UEFA. It was very hard to imitate a World Cup on FIFA 10 with so few CONMEBOL, AFC, CAF, and CONCACAF clubs. I had to fill slots with UEFA teams. And when I create a tournament, is it too much to ask for a shot of the trophy at midfield as the players walk out to the pitch and for the winning team that isn't mine to hold the trophy up in celebration.

Please make the presentation better in fifa games! I would love to see the crowd be more intense and loud. Also make the stadiums more realistic, such as adding the ability to play in multiple times of day for each stadiums. I mean, come on, 99 % of the matches in camp nou are held at night yet EA only adds the day and the dusk time for this stadium! Also ability to create your own stadium.

im still waiting for a patch to fix manager mode in fifa 10 so this is a big no for me

I loved FIFA 10, but won't be getting this one. The changes each year are so small that it doesn't change enough to drop $60 a year, every other year sure.

I hope they fix the goalkeeper AI and also they should make freekicks harder to score, and ffs make the time limit when you choose positions in online teamplay shorter, theres always someone not choosing ruining it for everyone else

Ive played and brought every single fifa since "Fifa International Soccer" on the snes! I honestly think that fifa 09 -10 were almost perfect, but this sofar sounds like it could be yet another improvment on a great series!!

Is EA going to continue porting the PS2 version to the PC, 5+ year old engine and all, instead of letting PC users play the same game as 360 and PS3 owners? These publishers and devs claiming that the PC "can't handle" the switch to next gen are either incredibly lazy, lying, full of B.S., or all of the above.

When will somebody make a game that combines the scope of sega's football manager series with the gameplay of fifa or pes series? That's the game we all want.

I'm so looking forward to buy the game for my PC btw the players movements in Fifa 09 wore allot more faster than in Fifa 10 there they wore like TREES some times unable to move where i want them

It's going to be pretty tough to top FIFA 10 as gameplay wise it's very polished, all I think it needs are the referees to be improved....hope it's improved in FIFA 11.

I might give this game a miss... ive been playing FIFA since Fifa 2003. Fifa 10 was great but the minor additions and new team rosters dont interest me anymore. I need something a lot more different and after Fifa10 its going to be hard to beat and make different. :(

I always like how FIFA manage to improve gameplay even at the dizzy heights its at, at the moment. The refs need working on and how about official refs such as Mike Riley etc. Maybe give all clubs their prime keeper kit and give the big clubs both their goalie kits to alternate. e.g Pepe Reina will wear the grey Liverpool GK kit next season and for away games and a few home games wear the purple Liverpool GK.

I hate the fact that every time theres a story on this there a lot of people who go on here and start the "OMG FIFA rocks! PES (at least call it Pro Evo like normal people) is sh!t" and "PES rules, fifa will never be better!!!" type responses. Try both, pick the one you like, next year do the same. "brand loyalty" is a stupid concept, always try both, always pick the best - stops developers from getting sloppy.

Gameplay-wise it can't get much better, any problem left now is just things like retarded referees etc. My only real fixable gripe with the last one is something they probably won't fix - no real kits for goalies (except massive teams like Man U). I don't get why they recreate the rest of the kits and just forget goalkeepers. Also will be nice to see a sponsor on the Charlton shirts this time (hopefully).

Hope so a not SO awful game as FIFA 10.. cause KONAMI would again kick a GOAL in EA side..

@deycallmefigo I'm not being sarcastic or anything but does PES have manual passing? Because I think that's what they're saying. I hope more people play manual this year, was kinda annoying to be ping pong passed around every time I went online.

passing system that combines player abilities, situation and so on... that existed in PES since like 1997, then known as ISS... FIFA just has better graphics, but predetermined animations and "memorized" goal tactics are the two things that prevented me from buying FIFA 2010... PES just relies more on the player and in-game player abilities... that makes a difference

It's going to be hard to top the last few iterations. Hopefully they tweak the online systems so quitters are properly punished. Would also like them to change the roster check so it automatically checks and then asks you to d/l it if there is actually an update. I hate having to select yes every time I play online just to check if there is an update.
