Why don't they make a bundle for good games such as Final Fantasy? Oh yeah, they would lose out overall based on the value of each one...Simple economics.

Murder-minded $40 three-pack arriving January 29 in North America for Xbox 360 and PS3; Europe and PAL regions February 1.
Amazon's listing was right. Today, Square Enix officially announced the Hitman HD Trilogy, confirming that the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 three-pack will arrive January 29 in North America, followed by a release on February 1 for Europe and PAL regions.
As was rumored, the $40 Hitman HD Trilogy will feature Hitman 2: Silent Assassin (2002), Hitman: Contracts (2004), and Hitman: Blood Money (2006).
The original Amazon listing suggested a Premium Edition Hitman HD Trilogy will also be available, though Square Enix made no mention of it today. The listing remains available and indicates the top-tier SKU will include an artbook with 22 pieces of never-before-seen reimaginings of moments from the three games. This bundle is listed also at $40.

Well the only real bad thing about Absolution was the level design and story. Maybe this will clear things up.
I don't mind the box art, but it does look more like GTA style box art then Hitman style box art.

Remake these with the absolution engine! the MGS HD pack, Silent Hill, and RE4 HD remakes were exactly the SAME AS THE ORIGINALS! No HD remakes please, just remake all prior games with Absolution engine and I will buy.

1 Like Hmm, I don't know if I want to be reminded how bad the earlier games were (control, balance, checkpoints). Hope it's more of a "remake" than just an "HD" version of same game.

1 Like @8_Large As a PC gamer, I'm not really a fan of re-buying games I already own just because they're a bit prettier or have achievements or some other stupid sh*t.
That's what console gamers are for. Just look at how their gladly re-purchasing ten year old GTA games even though they're completely unchanged.
1 Like I played Hitman 2 back in the day. I got stuck in the Russia level, then I stop playing and stayed away from a Hitman game ever since.
@Strider8009 don't say that! People like you are why developers are making games with barely any gameplay and all cutscenes! We don't want games to be too user friendly like the new Hitman.
@Master_cheat001 @DrKill09 Contracts is missing many missions from first game. Hitman :Code name 47 had number of awesome jungle missions related to a drug lord. I really like to play those set of missions again in HD , but shame they're not including the first game in this triology.
@Master_cheat001 @DrKill09 Contracts doesn't cover every level of the first game, plus contracts cut out the graphic violence from 47. In codename 47 you could see wounds in your victums bodies, in Contracts you just see blood spurt from an invisible wound.
@Henrique2324 @Master_cheat001 @DrKill09 blood money on Xbox 360 had bullets wounds, just not as much as the new game. Contracts and Silent Assassin had blood but no wounds sadly...nothing like painting enemies red with bullets...

1 Like @TimboII acheivements are stupid and pointless. Acheivments unlock nothing, they bring nothing new to any game and I wish people like you would stop raving about how great achievements are. Achievements achieve nothing.
@Dredcrumb9 @TimboII mm very true and mm missions can be very lineal... i mean one little mistake and you´re done... also disguises are easily blown... in my case i always want to accomplish missions being as stealthy as i can... it just depends how you want to play it. As for story mm not the best story... pretty chiclé and sometimes predictable. But its worth the trying... at least renting.

For marketing purposes, they should have released these games before the newest Hitman though.
Absolution wasn't really a stealth game compared to the others. After 6 and half years i was expecting something better than a wannabe action game, which is sad bc from what the company hinted at, we might not see another for 3 years and next gen consoles! So now can't wait for HD Trilogy, hopefully can get the Premium Edition.
4 Like @bryanj2006 What do you mean? Absolution is MORE of a stealth game than any hitman before. The hitman games before focused more on blending in, assassinations, subterfuge. I really did not appreciate absolution as much because of this. In absolution, all you do is hide from corner to corner because your disguises are damn near worthless. I never got that sense of accomplishment, or feeling of adrenaline from absolution because it was so easy to manipulate the AI. With the older hitman games, it wasn't about the AI, it was about figuring out how to assassinate your target the most damn clever way possible without getting caught while blending in.
@Stormbringer91 @bryanj2006 Exactly. That's what defined the franchise for me. It's probably why I won't buy Absolution until it reaches the bargain bin.
@Henrique2324 @Stormbringer91 @bryanj2006 hes wrong and he never played it most likely by seeing what he said. You can go through almost every level in absolution using stealth. there are 1 or 2 small parts where you are forced to blaze guns but the rest of the time you can stealth it out all you want. Hitman is still a stealth game.
