Koei rearms Dynasty Warriors: Gundam

game looks boring, but my girlfriend likes it, she said she is rank 3rd on the leaderboard

Waste of time, waste of money, waste of effort to make.

I haven't played the first one :( maybe I'll get this one just maybe.

well, i am a big avid gundam fan so i will probably buy the game regarless; but i was a bit dissapointed on the first one; it did get very repetative after you "beat the game" with one character. I would like to see more suits from Wing/G/Seed/Destiny/00...plus if this does allow for online play, and it works well it might bring something unique to the game

Wow I don't know which makes me cringe more the stale and boring Dynasty wariors...or the stale and boring Gundams..The first game was absolutely horrible and not worth the price tag it carried.

If Gundam 00 is in this I WILL get it.

Please, please, no more dynasty warriors games... or at least make them only $20.00, cuz honestly $60.00 for these games is ridiculous (you play one you've played them all) besides Dynasty warriors Gundam was even bigger trash than DW.... How about some Champions of Norrath 3. . . I'd rather waste my time dungeon crawling, booty hunting and orc slaying any day...

I played the demo at stores and I think it was pretty good. Of course, I could never get the final version or a PS3 to play it on.

Dk what to say abot this one! The last Dynasty Gundam was such a dissappoint me im scared. If I do decide to get this one and it fails me again... CYA LATER KOEI!

From the screens we also get Nu Gundam and the Sazabi! This is awesome!

I tried a demo & the previous release of this game was horrible. They need to do make another game & create a new engine from scratch.

I really enjoy Dynasty Warriors games, for the most part, but DW:Gundam has never been my cup of tea. I tried it and just couldn't get into it... :/

i never liked the dw formula but since i'm such a gundam freak, i loved the first one. i agree with a lot that MSG-Deathscythe should be there. (my sign-in name says it all). the pics in the japanese website looks like it has Gundam Seed's MSG-Justice and Char Aznable's SASABI. CAN'T WAIT!!!

the first one was a steaming pile but I still always went back to the free demo for more!it was like enjoying a really bad movie!!

I LOVED the last one. I just CAN'T see what people have against these games. The idea of killing a thousand enemies AT THE SAME TIME never get's old for me. "Recent episodes of the Gundam anime" eh? I hope that means 00.

I'm going to buy the first one when the price goes down, or when it hits Greatest Hits.

the first one was the bane of my existance when it came out. I'm kind of excited for 2 even though it's gonna be the exact same.

They just need to make a another game like Mobile Suit Gundam:Encounter In Space. That game gets a 10 on my list. This game looks good too though. cant wait

Seriously, I enjoyed DW: Gundum but even though it was "NEW" it felt old. Koei has made DW game after DW game, and yet DW: Gundum felt like DW1 in a lot of ways due to limitations. I thought that was lame. Much like the DW serious in general I don't expect much, which limits my interest in the game. Koei needs to start creating instead of beating a horse on its last legs. Koei branch away from the DW formula create a new game already!!! All of your games are the same they just get a new coat of paint. No more Dynasty Warriors that includes Gundum. The only reason I'd buy something with this formula at this point is if it was Star Wars. DW: Star Wars could be good, but after that never buy a DW game again. So make DW:SW or kill DW already, and start getting creative again.

I think "Koei" is a universal term for "crapware".

Why not just call it gundam warriors?

announce it will only be 40$, crank up the graphics and give us a challanging opponent for every 10 Zakus we slaughter and id consider getting it. Also, wheres Mah Talgeese Heavyarms and DeathSychthe!? totally needed those three in the first one.

The first was excellent. All it needs is 6-hit combos like the DW series itself (seen in videos from PAX, so it's pretty much confirmed), more mobile suits and pilots (DW6 TOOK AWAY characters, which was a bad idea; more Gundams and pilots already confirmed), and improved graphics and camera. It looks like the graphics are stepping it up with the nice effects and the glares on some of the Gundams, but the camera control will be reserved for when I pick up the game next year. Can't wait for this one.

I absolutley love the DW games (except for six, that was a pile of trash) and the only reason that the scores surprise me is that sports games, which I know from reading the reviews on some years, are unchanged yet still get 7-8 as the score, while DW gets 5-6 for the same sin. But yeah, they need to make them a bit deeper, and step away from whatever system they implemented in 6.

Well past history has told me to stay the hell away from this series. And thats what ill be doing unless i see fit to do otherwise.

I didn't though that the first installment was that bad, the controls weren't as good as what I would have hoped (Encounters in Space is tough to beat). But I'm really looking forward for this game.

cant say that i liked the first one but me and a buddy of mine love the show and it was an amusing few hours when we played it but its really not a good game when it comes down to it.

I'm happy to see they are bringing it out to PS2. There is no end in sight for the venerable PS2.

Why is this game coming out on the Xbox 360? For once, leave this crap exclusive to the PS3 and PS2, please. Every DW - Gundam game that have been released over the past 5 years have sucked badly. The 360 doesn't need either of these games. If Koei wants to bring some games to the 360, try Kessen or something original. Most of Koei games are crap anyways.

This is actually the only Gundam-based game that is worth playing. The last was easily much better than even Dynasty Warriors 6. I can't wait for DW: Gundam 2. The first one is a lot of fun. I would just like to see them add in more dynamic and branching combo trees (like Samurai Warriors 2 or even Warriors Orochi).

Oh MY GODdddd....... Seriously can game shelves get even more cluttered with trash games like this. I LOVE the Gundam series but this is just blasphemy!
