@ diabloakaSAHA yeah i agree UT 1 was awesome, they wrecked it with the next games(which were alright)

@kenerhai anyway FPS's are great(so are 3rd person shooters), and there are still lots of 3rd person shooters around(maybe not as many as there were), such as the next ghost recon (future soldier), should be 3rd person as well as GTA4, Red Dead Redemption etc. and there are plenty of others to.

@kenerhai well it say's 'shooter' not FPS so it might not be first person, although it is likely to be.

Another FPS?!?!? They seem to be all the rage today. Kids nowadays with their first person games. I remember when I was a kid, almost all games were third-person shooters and you could see the badass you played as. I wish there were more 3rd person shooters.

hmm now while theyre at it how bout making a remake for the original UT game. Unreal Tournament HD ,the first UT game is the best UT game . :D . DO IT EPIC!! make it happen :)

Bulletstorm, I didn't expect this one. Anyway I can't wait for Gears 3. Going to be one hell of a battle.

yawn... Gears should be fun, though. Especially if it plays for longer than an hour. When is Bethesda coming out with a new Elder Scrolls?

So epic epicly fails at keeping secrets, kinda like sony. Bad puns not withstanding though, if cliffy has a third game on the making it would be awesome.

That cover doesn't look particularly distinctive or interesting (outside of the whip), but the description is interesting enough I guess. A little reminiscent of Sega & Bizarre Creation's The Club, only done with Gears-esque aesthetic sensibilities, judging by the cover. There is room for more shooters with rewards or focus on combos, something very few have done. I probably shouldn't be conjecturing too much off of a cover and a blurb.

hes going to have to really impress. I think that if there's anything we have learned in the past few months is that hype builds anticipation, but the final product needs to live up that hype. In addition, it needs to be not perfect but as foolproof as possible. if it doesnt, then tons of $$$ is lost, a fan base angry and discouraged, and hours of development wasted. of course, im talking about MW2. its still a good game but hackers, glitchers, Activision, and laziness ruined most of the enjoyment of the multiplayer. that stimulus package is disappointing too. Personally, this is a good way to introduce a new game but hes got to lose the d-bag, im better-then-everyone-else attitude. hes also got to deliver a lengthy single-player and a solid, unique multiplayer. No meleeing through walls or any of that crap. and if he cares so much about business, branch out to the ps3.

Im excited for not just Gears 3, which we all have known there would be since the original game, but this new title as well. I will be keeping a close eye on it.

All the protagonists from Epic always has the same face!! starting from the Unreal Tournament 3, followed by Gears Of War, then this title!!

Beh. I'm not getting on any hype wagons anymore. Games always sound amazing on paper, but how many times were we left with some half-baked product? People should learn that before selling the skin of the bear, you gotta kill it first.
