Multiplayer Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack to hit Xbox 360, PS3, and PC for $10; six new and old levels featured.
In December, Ubisoft ushered in the first downloadable content for Assassin's Creed: Revelations in the form of the Ancestors Character Pack. However, the game isn't finished growing just yet. Today, the French publisher announced that new downloadable content for Assassin's Creed: Revelations is due out for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC on January 24.
The Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack includes six new multiplayer environments, though some are rereleased versions of multiplayer maps from predecessor Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Ubisoft said players can expect to travel to new locations like Jerusalem, Constantinople, and Dyers and return to Brotherhood maps Firenze, San Donato, and Siena in the new DLC. The Mediterranean Traveler Map Pack will cost 800 MS points ($10) on Xbox Live and $9.99 for the PC and PS3.
Revelations follows the story of Ezio, who was first introduced in Assassin's Creed II. This time out, Ezio seeks out the haunts of original Assassin's Creed protagonist Altair, visiting such Middle East strongholds as the Ottoman Empire's Constantinople. There, Ezio once again takes up arms against the Templar order.

@unkown2007 I would rather play an epic and memorable single player game than 1 with crappy, un-revolutionary, plain old PVP MP. If they can do something different with the MP go ahead but atm ACs MP is pretty much no different from COD. Ubisoft obviously can't handle SP and MP in 1 like R* can, so they should leave MP out all together unless they have something significantly different planned for AC3. If your worried about any games in your collection sitting on your shelf collecting dust than you're doing something wrong.
@wolf503. why would you want that? removing multiplayer is like getting rid of a huge chunk of the replay value. i mean once you beat the storyline no matter how AWESOM it would be. where do we go next? After i finished the story the game would just be sitting on my shelf collecting dust.
ubi you are aware that assassins creed fans are fans of the single player and are not really that into multiplayer right if not hope you found my post helpful :) now go gives us more single player dlc and stop with the multiplayer dlc
I'm not a big fan of this MP DLC like everyone else... Not in for it. But one thing bothers me... I just LOVE how all these people rip the developers apart by saying DLC is supposed to be content on the disc... Developers milk people... Stop releasing unfinished/incomplete games... Blah blah... Seriously... grow up people. Times have changed. It's the time of internet-savvy consoles and developers release DLC and patches to EXPAND the game, and because they CAN.. not to milk you... If you don't like DLC or have a pathetic internet connection (or none at all), just stop hating and DON'T BUY IT.
dear ubisoft in the past years you made games for the story,the gameplay,and the fun of it. now you make games just for money no love no care no fan support in other words ubisoft has changed and doesn't make games for the game franchise only for the money im not wasting my hardwork money on some useless s*** i will better save the $$ for the upcoming games (me3 max pain and more)
I like that MP adds value for some people, that's cool. For me though AC is all about the single player experience. @Jebatin you are totally on the balls, one secret location? That game is screaming for more SP content of that nature.
Even Red Dead does not charge that much for multiplayer DLC...if it was like the ACB DLC of the Da Vincci thing, worth the money cause your getting more whats your moneys worth cause it has single player and multiplayer happy...
I didn't buy the game to play multiplayer, I bought it to follow the amazing story. I like the multiplayer, but I'm not going to spend money on new and re-made maps or character packs, especially for $10.

You why I hate DLC? It's simple they exist partially inside the game when you buy(most of then are like this) so when you buy you actually buy then too, so why charge for something we already paid a once, its hard to say "the game don't cost 40$ it cost 60$" no they need to steal little by little from their consumer.
MP maps? No thanks,then. But Im suprised they're actually realeasing the PC version of the DLC.Good news for MP players,I guess,even though its a bit overpriced,but overpriced DLC is nothing new today :(
I think it is time to buy the first couple of games. The first 2 are online for a total of $40. Hopefully the 3rd will only cost $30 by the time I finish the first 2. Then, on to the next installment and I'll finally get to play the multiplayer everyone's talking about.
