New screens: Ghost Recon
Ubi Soft releases a new group of screenshots from its upcoming tactical shooter, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon.
Ubi Soft Entertainment has released a new group of screenshots from its upcoming first-person shooter Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon. The new screens display some of the detailed 3D environments, weapons, and character models that will appear in the game.
Like the previous games in the Tom Clancy series, Ghost Recon will focus on modern-day squad-based tactics, but it will feature large open environments in addition to smaller interior areas. It will also feature improved animation and graphics, along with a number of new gameplay features such as role-playing elements and the ability to take control of any of the characters on the squad.
Ghost Recon is in development at Red Storm Entertainment, the studio that created the Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six and Rogue Spear game series, and it is scheduled for release this holiday season. For more information, take a look at our in-depth preview of the game.
