This may be a stupid idea, but could sony not make a sort of psp emulator on the PS3? Then you could download psp games from the PSN (which there are meant to be alot of due to the PSPgo) and play them on your ps3. Although I understand that it would probably make PSP emulation alot easier on PC

Why am I getting voted down? Do you have a problem with Gays? Jann Walker was gay in Valkyria Chronicles. There was even a lesbian in the game. I'm just asking if there is going to be more gays for the next game.

They need to do an anthology with all 3 games and release it for the PS3 and XBox 360. Probably wouldn't happen until next year though. I want part VC2, but I'm dreading getting it for the PSP and then finding out SEGA will port it to the PS3.

I'll definitely be picking up the second one for PSP, but I really, really, really hope that this one makes it to PS3.

I loved the first Valkyria Chronicles and played the PSP demo of VC2. The controls were way better on the PS3 so there's no point in making it if it isn't on the PS3.

I've yet to play the second but Valkyria Chronicles one was great, good news.

I'd love to get another VC on the PS3. It was definitely a highlight of the games I've played.

If its NOT on ps3 it will only further infuriate fans of the first game, Id be more than willing to accept multiplatform though.

I wouldn't suprised if the third installment is released on the PSP. Because from a financial perspective it makes a lot of sense. Since the PSP is the best selling system in Japan and the development budget for a PSP title is small. Resulting in massive profit, reason why number 2 was released on the PSP. But honestly it wouldn't upset if number 3 was released on the PSP. As long as they make improvements to the game play, I'll be more than happy with it.

hopefully its for the ps3... that made me mad how they released it for the psp, it would've sold more copies if it were for ps3 instead i think, or if they released it for both systems. i mean cmon thats like releasing uncharted 1 for the ps3 and then making the second for the psp or something.. what are u guys thinking sega!

Please be on a console, and not a handheld. I enjoy my PSP well enough, but the graphics just don't compare. Plus tactical games are best enjoyed on the couch, IMO.

Yeah this damn well better be for consoles, I dont feel like another let down like VC2. Dont get me wrong, VC2 is a good game but the magic that made VC such a treasure in my mind just wasn't there.

Damned mobiles. Even when a game does well on a platform, they still send it to the mobile. They see the mobiles as the RPG/SRPG platform and they get them. I wish they'd respect our wishes to have a nice variety of games on a single console, but of course they don't respect that. They just want us to buy more stuff.

Quite frankly, Valkyria Chronicles on the PS3 was one of the best games I have ever played. I'd give anything for Sega to bring that magic back to the PS3 for another outing.

I can only hope this is on the PS3, and that it's another sequel. If they're gonna do a prequel, do it on the PSP that way PSP fans will be happy as well. The first game is still gorgeous as all get out and looks stunning in HD.
