@vergil_lives Yes gamespot gave it 7.5 but when you look at some other reviews it's 8-9 almost everywhere

@cjburnfist It got a 7.5 on gamespot. That's good but the low end of good. Honestly the game looks as bad as the original.

Personally the next FF should abandon the "Cosplay" look and take itself serious again, Square Enix should look at what Bethesda or Bioware have been doing with their RPG's. Men should look like men, not Fem Boys.. then we'd take the series seriously again. How i miss the old 2d look, those were the best FF games.

I live in uk and yes a be getting ff13 pt 2 and the dealy MGS HD Collection this friday and rest reasle uk this week as well but Puddle was on psn and xboxlive last week in uk so i guess usa turn.

I have not heard much about neverdead since e3 2010. So I am going to need a review and a demo before I even think about giving that a try. So I am just going to get SCV this week.

I played the FFXIII-2 demo, and it's quite different. Personally, I'm sick of hearing the complaints about FFXIII that are more getting on the bandwagon than talking about actual real problems. The sequel seems to address a lot of the issues people had with it, but we'll see if they're willing to buy it. I preordered mine after the demo, it seems quite fun to me. Soul Calibur V...I kind of want to buy it, but I have a bad tendency of buying fighting games and then barely playing them. Happened with SC4, SF4 and VF5. I should stop wasting my money on things I don't use.

@Jebatin I did not say I didn't like FF13. I liked it, but I was disappointed with the quality of the game. I didn't mind much the reviews when I got ff13. FF13 didn't impress much like any other ff has done it in the past. So far, from what we have seen, xiii-2 is a worse game than xiii. I am not saying is a bad game, but it doesn't look as good as ff13.

Lets see if those moron's at SE can tell a decent story now... No amount of pretty graphics gonna compensate for horrible storyline in an RPG.

@zzamaro Umm... You're saying it should not have sequel because you didn't like the first game? I'm sorry but that's one of the main reasons why sequels are made - to improve the game. Besides FFXIII-2 is so far getting only good reviews (from proffessional reviewers, not those angry fanboy reviews)

just getting Soulcalibur five. i agree with Icehearted about SC V. i think that ff13-2 demo was boring. so i'm going against what i would have bought. if i wouldn't have played the demo.

XIII-2 is coming out and still no release date on type-0(us) or Versus... well at least soul caliber V will keep me occupied.

OI really feel like Soul Caliber V hasn't gotten nearly as much attention as SCIV did. I had the strangest feeling it was further away than this due to the lack of coverage (oh so punny!), so I'm surprised it's coming out now. All i really know is that Star Wars is not in it (yay) but they've changed the characters drastically (boo-urns). I'll wait for the video review, but as a fan of the series I really hope this goes well.

Another weak list.....one more week til' Kingdoms Of Amalur comes out. Why would they release Bioshock 2 on Mac after all this time now with Bioshock Infinite on the way???

final fantasy xiii-2 :lol: the following quotation was done by Square-Enix, it was full of bull* and now we know it "direct Final Fantasy sequels mean better Final Fantasy games" I still liked x-2 but that game was not even close to x. now it seems xiii-2 is worse. In fact, new ff games have gone downhill for a long time. My point is that you need facts to prove your points :lol: People can't just believe what their favorite company says :lol: I never believed that. FF13 should have never had a sequel.
