wtf is this? Not even in my dreams a Devil may Cry lady... DMC was twisted, ultra dynamic....this lame game looks like onimusha or dynasty warriors... it's a problem. WOn't even think to buy it.

I don't know about you guys, but I WILL get this game and it looks spectacular. Finally, a game that has a nice story...

To fully get the story I have to play the game 2 or 3 times? Seriously?... I hate that kind of stuff... I mean I'm okay when there are clues given to you while playing that you miss because you didn't see really what the stories is about, or if that's a character that will come back and all... But that shouldn't make it necessary for you to play the game again, because you understood half of what was going on. It should just be a bonus for those replaying, or those with good memory...

@KoolzKatz i agree with you but unfortunatly at least 75% of all gamers these days think graphic make a game.

i'd rather wait for the review, i'll buy this game with a score of an 8.0+

i do admit that the graphics look terrible but that does not mean the whole game sucks

Looks good, kind of looks like God of War, I might look into getting it when I get a PS3.

Nier isn't my kind of game but just like my opinion of Final Fantasy it looks like it'll be a good game. And a girl... previewer =o very rare in my opinion, cool. Hope to hear more from you Sophia Tong.

@tariq393 The Last Guardian is the next game developed by the same guys from Shadow of Colossus for this generation of consoles.

ill pass on this. mainly because of the character's design. SE not to blame and as @Code-Llama says... is definitely not looking appealing. not the visuals nor the gameplay :/

It's annoying how a lot of people blame Square Enix for the graphics, and apparently everything else without trying the game, when Cavia Inc is developing the game. Go figure. I'm interested in this game and I hope it lives up to my expectations. I just wish Nier (the dude) didn't look so uncool, the Japanese version's style of the game is quite a lot more appealing to me. Cavia Inc doesn't have a very good portfolio though.. Here's hoping they get something right.

Been following this game for a while now just because it's a Square Enix game. I'm still not impressed. And wtf is with Nier's design?

seems like it has a kind of devil may cry 4 thing going on especially with the combat which isn't a bad thing. I just hope there more to the game than just combat.

I've seen a few gameplay demo videos. I don't have a problem with the graphics, but the sword-play is very, very clunky from the looks of it. Here's hoping it plays better than it looks like it does! Seems like it could have an interesting story (although I disagree with the implementation of Anime into Norse Mythology)

c'mon, graphics are NOT everything. even though all the previews for this game seem....weird, to say the least, im not too worried about the graphics. Ill play a game w/substance and poor graphics over a game with beautiful graphics and poor everything else any day. GTA games had terrible graphics till recent. and they're among the best. But I cant lie, it is hard for me to get excited for Nier...

Not bad, Square Enix is taking things nicely. I hope. Does seem a lot like devil may cry but action rpgs do have a lot in common.

After Final Fantasy XIII, Square Enix gets this out, are they kidding. Horrible graphics and the seems real boring. Definitely pass on this.

Combat looked really slow there, not sure if I could get into that. I'll wait for some reviews, but looks like a rental at best.

@ tariq393 the last gaurdian is supposed to be the 3rd in the series of shadow of collosus. there was a game before shadow but i forget what it was called. the series changes up there name with each.

The graphics are really bad, i mean we're in 2010!!! the games should look realistic not like something out of the ps2! i'd definitely pass on this, GoW 3 is so much better and has great replay value too.

definitely need to know more. I saw some textures in there that were pretty bad and combat looked a little clunky too...

i really wish they make a game like shadow of colossus..not that nier has to do anything with it of course but somehow i like to see a similar game on the next gen consoles..

Not sure why people make games like this, i wouldn't buy a game when there is a better version of it :$... God of War 3... but i may be wrong if this game is not what it looks like.
