I can't log in, what can i do?

hello, I just simply can't start the game while failing to log in and save, i just want to play with the campaign mode, unluckily i can't save the game without logging in. I am stuck at the 'downloading profile, this may take a few minutes' page, it just won't log in, what can i do? many thanks!

Problem solved, for players who are facing the problem:
you'll need to download 'games for windows marketplace client' and a hotfix on its official page.
