Brothers In Arms puts you in the shoes of Matt Baker, a member of the 101st Airborne Infantry who's been dropped into France in advance of the D-Day Invasion. If you want to survive through the first week of the invasion, you'll need to learn how to command your squad, which weapons to use, and how to maneuver through the countryside. Enable Console
Browse to your C:\Documents and Settings\<username>Application Data\Gearbox Software\Brothers In Arms\<profilename> folder

You may need to enable "view hidden files/folders" under tools in Explorer.

Open Bia.ini in notepad

Search for
Consolekey=0

change to
Consolekey=192

search for
bEnableDebugConsoleAndMenu=False

change to
bEnableDebugConsoleAndMenu=True

save and exit

load game using that profile

now you will have a console if you press the tilde key ~
