    Honestly; the best world war game is company of heroes. BUT ONLY GET THE ANTHOLOGY as the others get boring and you need more factions to have fun with. Graphics are soo immesly good but you do need a great graphics card to really see it. EG. at ultra on every graphics effect you can see the bullets the soldiers put in their rifles; when zoomed up to see even face and clothing detail. from far even on regular graphics it still looks immense. get it first before any other RTS. (world war)

    He should of mentioned if you dont have a gaming rig, or something that can run basicly every game on High settings with no hiccups then you can't play this game without lag and what not.

    its a good game but if u have xp or a low graphics card it is dificult to play above low quality.still i think its great that America gets invade and gets pushed half way across wasinton state + the nuke is awsome

    I can see you haven't even PLAYED the game. There are only 2 cinematics like the ones in the review.The game intro and the new york intro.

    Basically you never played the game and you actually think you're in position to say it's overrated. With all due respect:

    The best RTS in my opinion. I tried to go back to Total war and the command and conqueror games where I still like them they have been shadowed by this game.10/10. Nothing says fun like a tactical nuke on a town

    Before i played this game i was a little concerned that i wasn't going to enjoy it because not building a base or destroying a base seemed like half the fun in a RTS.
    But this is no ordinary RTS! I love it! You soon forget about the conventional base building RTS idea and just want to tactfully work as a team to out think your opponents.Whilst looking at the amazing visuals as you blow S**t up. Lets face it what red blooded male doesn't like looking at cool explosions

    i played the demo for the game and i didn't like it too much i prefer the traditional rts on a few occasions i like having to get reinforcements like in this game but this is the majority which i don't like (everyone's gonna rate my comment down =P)

    if us russia china and Europe got into a war it would end the world. There are enough nuclear weapons between russia and good lo America to completly whipe out all human life on Earth. Add Europe and China and there is only about 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001% chance of having 1 or more survivers

    probably one of the most over rated RTS games of our generation... can't hold a candle to company of heroes... My hat is tottaly off to their cinematics team though... they pretty much single handedly sold the game.

    okay... if we talking about world in conflict couldn't they have I don't know... real war? Like Lebanon, Israel, Iran,Afghanistan, North Korea, Bosnia, African states, etc. and perhaps US and Russia, China? There is already war games with US being invaded its stupid because its fantasy. I think more people would be interested if it was combat in real war zone areas.

    Personally, for me...this game is overrated. You can only control a small amount of unit. Most often less than 10. The gameplay is nowhere near epic. One of the most important things about strategy games is the multiplayer mode and this game is boring in that aspect.
