I'm not sure how you can say that when that game was only just announced and we know next to nothing about it.
Besides, this game really isn't as "Jojo" as people seem to think. Yeah, Persona's have some functional similarities to stands and the Persona break meter is reminiscent of the stand meter, but honestly that's about where the similarities end.

You can go off of previous works to tell how they might make a game since most of their games (like arc systems works) are fundamentally the same..

That's still not factual evidence of this being "more Jojo than the upcoming Jojo". You could state that it will "probably" be more Jojo, but you can't say it "is" when you have next to no info of what the game itself "is" at this point.
That being said, I think that's total BS anyway. CC2 games aren't that similar. .hack is nothing like Naruto or Asura's Wrath, which is nothing like Solatorobo.

Which makes sense, given all of those are completely different in terms of genres. If you take a look at the Naruto "fighters"(if you can even call them that), they're boring button mashers.

I have minimal experience with the Naruto games, but from what I understand they were decent fighters on the PS2. Regardless, that's one series, of course they're going to play similar, you can't use that as your only evidence and try to make factual statements about a completely unrelated game. Capcom has Street Fighter but not all their fighters play like Street Fighter, or even of equal quality.
I have no idea if CC2 will actually be able to make a good Jojo game, I just think it's absolutely absurd to make statements with such certainty about any game before you know anything about it.

CyberConnect is the Dynasty Warriors of the fighting game genre. If you've played one, you've played them all.
Which is a crying shame, because IMO I'd much rather see Arc System Works make a JoJo game than a persona game

P4A is not like JJBA at all beyond floating spirits and a meter, they do not function similarly at all and they contain no real similarities beyond what was formerly stated. I swear none of you have even played JJBA by making this statement, you probably watched a video on youtube and thought "Well that's the same thing to me" because of an aesthetic similarity. The closest thing to the JJBA fighting game is Relius Clover in Blazblue, he is the only thing made in recent years that resembles that game.
On the subject of the new JJBA game, it will more than likely be a beautiful game that is mediocre in its gameplay as everything CC2 has made is just that, nonetheless I'll still get it just because its JoJo.
