Okami HD is going to be the best thing that happened to the PS3...

Nah, they need to make an HD version of Phantasy Star 4 - you know what, screw that, just make an updated version of it. Really good graphics, even if they're still sprite-based (maybe especially?), same gameplay, and actual anime cutscenes and voice-acting.
Of course, I think my head would explode just imagining that reality, so maybe it's best it doesn't happen.

Sadly, they don't have much else.
Just brown sameyness and shooters, with only a few Gems like Journey and LittleBigPlanet 2, the latter only being good because it allows you to explore player creativity.

So a REMAKE that will utilize Move (and if Sony was smart, honestly, they'd make it Move - ONLY, just to push more units) is the "best thing ever"???

You wouldn't believe it, but I was thinking about the exact same thing about two weeks ago. They also need to make a Phantasy Star 5, based on the original series, not the newer online one.

I feel like Okami has so much more in it overall though. It's probably the most complete feeling game I've ever played.

Yup, wanted a PS5 for a while, too. Actually thought about trying to play something of a prank once by "faking" a screenshot or three from "Phantasy Star 5" using Poser and a few models, with the last one showing blatantly it was fake (everyone naked from the waist down, which would have been covered by the "info boxes" along the bottom from behind.) Sounded like too much work and couldn't find enough cool models for it, though, so I said screw it. Plus, it's almost too mean.

Okami is in my top 10 fav of all time, but even with that, its sad that a port of said game is going to be GOTY 2012 or one of the best things on the PS3. It says a lot for this gen.
