    So I read on a site that you can evolve certain Warlord leaders by getting their link with their Perfect Link pokemon to a certain amount, in this specific case Muneshige with Staraptor to 60%. And yet, after the battle nothing happened. Do I need to do something special or finish the main story?

    You (the protagonist) evolve to Rank II during the main story, while Rank III and other Warlords evolve after the main story.
