What is so different exactly. I know the minigames look gd but looks to me the same game as pearl. Might get it though.
i've been waiting for a while, i'm pretty excited bc i've been playing diamond over and over and kinda got sick of it, the changes on this game are going to be awesome
1 Like Pokemon came out when I was 17 so I never got into it. My younger brother enjoyed it, however. So, I think I may pick this up since it looks like a good RPG.

I think the game is going to be awesome but it kinda looks like they have giving out alittle too much during the trailer.
Wish this thing had random online battles and an achievement mode :( still looks good though!

1 Like WOW i've not played pokemon since the GB versions (red,silver e.t.c) the only pokemon game i played and loved the most would be the Fire red on GBA. But then i just forgot and lost track of the pokemon games. i've got the first old DS sitting with dust under the bed (i think?) and now i have something to really buy and play for it. its been long but after seeing this i feel like playin again.
Gah. In Australia, Platinum comes out a full 2 months after it does in the US. The DS is region-free, they should just release the US version here instead of waiting 2 months to release a PAL version. I'm sure there wouldn't be any compatibility issues between PAL Diamond & Pearl and US Platinum. ...Would there?
it's the same thing people nintendo is just using the same diamond and pearl versions adding a couple new details this game is nothing more than a duplicate of something that was once cool
Just like Crystal was to GS and Emerald to RS - Platinum will undoubtedly be the pinnacle of this generation; I look forward to playing it
