The Bottom Line:

"All flash, no substance"

Basically, you may think this is a normal pokemon game. but it isn't. instead of normal pokemon, you get pokemon toys. by the first 3-4 levels, you're fighting random pokemon to get to an arena. these arenas try to prove that the pokemon you have are surpreme. but that's pretty much it. don't expect this to hold your attention for long. the pokemon don't evolve, and you only battle other pokemon, not trainers. in fact, you only have 1 pokemon available at a time, with 3 lives.

Well, it doesn't hold my attention for long. but if you're a BIG (and i mean humongous) pokemon fan, then you'll like this game. but other than that, it's pretty much the most unorthodox pokemon game (besides pokemon ranch :P)

Speaking of which, another con of this game is that pokemon ranch and pokemon rumble don't connect in any way. i wish, because you get OVER 9000 pokemon in this game (85% of which become useless after a while)!

so, if you're not a hardcore pokemon fan, this game isn't for you.
