When and how i would be able to use devastator atacks?

Your health has to be in critical mass state. You can tell if you're in critical mass if your health bar is light blue at the end. If you are in crit mass you can do one of the various 2 button combos to activate one of the devastator moves. Check the upgrade menu and hilight the move to see the button combo.

The critical mass area at the end of the red health bar needs to be full to pull off the move. It won't work if it is only a little full. Also the devestor moves can be used if you have purchased the ability to do the moves when your health is near its end and is yellow.
