GTA: VCS - Car Pile Gone Wrong
Just screwing around in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. I was trying to blow up a pile of cars(with a grenade) but not all of them blew up. So, I threw another grenade at the remaining cars and it backfired on me.
