    To each his own. I loved FF9 and 12, and I honestly think 95% of people who say FF11 sucked are people who never bothered to play it (I'm not saying that it's inconceivable that someone would hate it, just that so many FF11 haters in my experience admit to never having played the game).

    Everybody always talks about remaking FF7, but I always find myself asking why? It was a great game, no question, but - and I'm trying to be as objective and realistic as possible here - I cannot see how it's one of the best games of all time like people always say. It was following a formula that had been used for years and just took it into 3D. Even the futuristic elements weren't *new*, they were just used *more* than in FFVI. And this probably *is* just me, but I've always thought Sephiroth was a really boring villain. :\ He just didn't have the bat**** insanity of Kefka or the flamboyant arrogance of Kuja, for example. He was just a loner with mommy issues and a big sword.

    Keep doing what you're doing, SE. You've had some hits and some misses but you always bring something new to the table and that alone keeps me wanting more.

    Is it just me or do the FF games just keep geting worse and worse? SE needs to do something smart like make a FF7 remake! FF9,FFX2,FF11,FF12 all sucked!!!! I'm starting to dislike SE. If not a remake then why not a game like FF7, have a sim battle system, level up system, and the way you level up magic. come on SE get your head out of your A$$ and make a game worth buying with a good story and stop worry with trying to make the graghics so good. I'm sick of playing games that look great but I'm falling asleep b/c there is nothing going on with the story!

    I m still wondering about what story is going be. Do we have to control the characters that look the same which different only on weapon. that s not a good idea, I guess.

    I wish Enix places the impressive CG with PS2 graphic quality game playing in this game, just like FF XIII to announce the power of PSP go.

    I quit confident that Enix uses the same engine as crisis core but this time we play in a group. Personally, I hate uniform because I have a strong mind in design however from what I have seen there are no characters I want to playing yet. Enix loves to strict with a story line maybe because they want the CG and game playing to be the same theme. From the previous FF, they give the player a chance to name the character which is useless; it does not change the stress feeling of a solid story at all (Cloud is still Cloud same as Tifa and the other). I think if Enix want to strict with the story line and the hero is still the same guy in both CG and the game playing as usual it s ok but it will be better if they place a single character which does not interrupt the story line at all for a player to costume (It can be a uniform) change the face or body. In FF8, I have a strong feeling for Cell so every time I have a new item or ability. I always give him as a first choice and always place him in a team.

    it has nothing to do with the PS3 FFXIII, but there is some connection between all the FFXIII games, we don't know what it is yet.

    WTF this is gonna cause chaos! the nazi march and the man clearly resmbling hitler square enix have maybe crossed the line, personally it doesn't offend me i'll buy the game cos the gameplay looks cool and well.....its final fantasy, but i think square enix will get an earfull from some angry jews in the near future.

    I wish for turn based Final Fantasy again also, to this day FFIX is still my favorite, people just need to branch out from VII. On top of that Dissidia looks Freaking Amazing, I hope that Versus XIII and Agito XIII are also US Releases. Because that would be totally unfair if they werent!!!

    I agree with Knifey, Luigi2006, get over yourself. Not even the fact that its a FANTASY game, but the fact thats its a game period. Yes, they may have got some Ideals from Hittler, but the story isn't like a world war 2 story. And if you know Final fantasy's Crisis Core, than you should know better not to assume this is some bull crap. And he didn't needed to be modeled since he isn't that important, or they don't want you to know who he is. Try thinking before you type/write/talk. And again, his character model was like that because of the specific art that they chose, I think its watercolor. But just because you make a commander ordering soldiers, it doesn't mean Hitler Just because you read about him in history class doesn't mean they were inspired by his actions, or him.

    wow, nice graphics, gameplay looks similiar to that of crisis core. But i think from these few minutes that the story looks like crap... the guy in the beginning was obviously modeled after hitler if not the man himself. and it seems just like writting a beginning to ww2 but with some random people with red robes in there.

    Omg.....I won't be surprised if it turns out better than Crisis Core...Though SE does seem to be focusing alot on the Crystal plot again.(It ended at FF5)
    Well I'll get all FF13 if it fits into my budget
