Resident Evil GOTY Edition???

Will they ever come out with a game of the year edition for this or something of that sort for this game. and supposedly they will include all DLC content with it?. Cause a lot of people have told me to wait until they do so i can get the DLC's with it. A lot of people have also told me that it isn't worth what it is with the game alone. What do you guys think? should i get it now or wait?
