cool, this one looks like an horror game, just this video was very creepy XD. Hope is better than Re5 and 6

I finished the game yesterday and i gotta say,this was the best RE for years!!It's perfect,for me the score is 95,really,it's superb!!

Best Resident Evil for years, in fact it's up there with Resi4. Nintendo did well to get this as an exclusive but I'd love to have a Vita port or remake. Irony is that this game is much much better than Resident Evil 6, RE6 should have been the spin-off and this should have been a numbered release.

Always wanted to get this game. Finally bought a 3DS and got Zelda and Kingdom Hearts. Then I saw this in a TARGET for $20 brand-new and bought it on the spot! Back to Resident Evil roots :]

This game was one of the main reasons why I bought my 3DS. I am so glad that the horror atmosphere has finally returned to the series, and Raid Mode is MILES above Mercenaries. If RE6 is less like RE5 and more like Revelations, it is going to be great. Looks like Capcom is finally getting Resident Evil back on track.

Great game! Best reason to own a 3DS, hands down. And just when you think the game can't get any more awesome, you open up RAID mode & a whole new level of addiction grabs you. Best thing to happen to the RE series since 4. Dedicated handheld gaming is dead? This game proves otherwise.

Yes. I have just finished the 10-hour first playthrough casual. I am going to play 2nd playthrough and have some fun with RAID mode. :;

Games like RE Revelations are why I'm now eyeballing the 3DS. Now that the price is reasonable, it's on my get list. Plus, I can rock my DS favs on it. Sweet!

This is the reason why dedicated Handheld gaming is not dead and should have a long and healthy life span. There is NO WAY you could play something this cool on an iPhone or Pad in 3d mind you and enjoy it. Personally im waiting for a 3DS lite or whatever the next gen is. Hopefully NIntendo will come to their senses and incorporate a second analog stick and not make the console so chunky and ugly.

so a re game for a little better turn only goes only on a 3ds while we rest have to deal with games like re4 and 5 and operation rc,,outbreak which are mostly not re games in the formula we want,,we dont want resident evil to become gears of war,,or deus ex,,or half-life team deathmatch,,or all the fancy stuff,just bring back re to a resident evil 1 remake and re zero standars,thx,best regards me,,re4 and 5,,are good games,,but suck me to heaven if u call it a re game,,thx=)

Just to let you all know, don't buy the circle pad pro yet. It's not ready yet and it's crushing the X and Y buttons. They should bring the new one in april.

just finish story in normal mode, game is awesome! tried episode 1 in hell mode and enemies are harder to kill and theyre quicker. Just started raid mode and lovin it! This game alone should make you buy a 3DS if u havent got it. Resident Evil : Revalations is a REVALATION!! And the great graphics wd the awesome 3D effect is just WOW!!

this game is like hard to get in mah country @ 3:22 that guy is a boss i didnt knew that......... i was mostly using knife at that blob :)

Holding the PS Vita Uncharted next to this on 3DS shows that Nintendo has got a powerful handheld. No question, Vita is a powerful piece of hardware, but it really comes down to devoted software. Honestly, I can't see the difference between 3ds capcom games and the XBOX 360. I like all portable systems, but this is a really thrilling experience.

I'm playing through this game now and it is incredible. I love it. :D I REALLY cannot understand why people keep saying dedicated handheld gaming is dead when we have games this wonderful still coming out...

tomb raider 1 came out around the same time as RE1 i was there and tombraider was easily the most athletic action shooter EVER in 1997 resident evil 1,2,3&4 coulda all had fast paced action and shooting RE having the control type it had had nothing to do withlack of progress deadspace was just a mixture of two styles that allready exist deadpsace was actually a mixture of allot of different games

@TheZeroPercent Well you did say that the game had slow clunky controls on purpose and that they were made this way on purpose, so it's a good decision. That's what I meant by your standards and you already know how this is a really dumb. I understand that too increase tension they give you limited ammo, confined spaces and generally awkward movement. But the idea that this is the best way to proceed and that no change is ever necessary is just dumb and shortsighted. Again Dead Space has all of these things except the terrible movement. They compromise by making a better zombie. One that doesn't move at a snails pace once it enters your personal bubble. I would argue that makes for a far more scary situation because you're actually being hunted by something formidable that can kill you by itself, unlike a single resident evil zombie. All I've been trying to say is that your staunch defence against progress is unfounded.

@Tremblay343 i would call that subjectiv, todays standards you mentioned are made for shooters, to move while you are shooting, but you dont need to move while shooting in RE, i would say it even works better then on ps/xbox controllers - and if you want to you can use the cirlepadpro, never used it so far, playing without is fun enough.

you changed the point and i never stated "my standards" i wasnt really talking about RE's peripheral controls i was talking more about the slow aiming the limited ammo& supplys the slow turn around and crowded spaces the inability ro shoot and move RE has always been made like that on purpose its to increase the feeling of hopelessness and helplessness like when you have that dream where you cant get somewhere fast enough or you cant move fast enough NIGHTMARE !!!

@TheZeroPercent Every game's mechanics were made on purpose. Every single game that has ever come out has a design document. So by your standards, every single game that has every come out is awesome and perfect because they were designed the way they were designed. Do you now understand how that doesn't make any sense? Moving a character is 3d from a 3rd person view with one analog stick and no camera control is archaic and OBJECTIVELY a bad decision by today's standards.

@TheZeroPercent It was a design decision therefore it's okay. How does that make sense? Golden was an incredible shooter on the N64. But FPS do not control like that anymore for a very good reason. RE4 was on outstanding game in 2005, but doesn't hold up so well in 2012. While RE5 tried to make some weird middle ground between new and old, it turned into something that still was a pain in the ass to control. Obviously I'm never going to change your mind, but saying that it was a design choice to make the game "more scary" is dumb. Why would you play where half the battle is fighting with awkward controls. Why not make a game that has great movement controls (i.e Dead Space) and focus on something that will make the series better instead of keeping a decade old control scheme to please the fanboys. Think about all the crazy moments in dead space 2 and how the control scheme (and setting) let them do crazy 0 gravity stuff. This is why Japanese game development outside of Nintendo (with a few exceptions) is stagnating. This weird aversion to change and the idea that changing something as integral as a control scheme is going to ruin the franchise.

@tremblay sorry but your ignorant on the facts(no offence,just pointing it out) resident evil 4 purposely made the game play slow and clunky they made it harder to shoot and move around on purpose resident evil 5 tryed to cater to the "action gamer" and hardcore RE fans hated it(for the most part) those are all facts opinons of whether those type of controls suck or not are opinons but the fact is the games where made like that on purpose
