Once the HE Magnum is levels up, the explosion is more powerful if you let it sit for a minute. Theres a guage on the gun that lights up. At level 3, the bullets shatter and spread the explosive. My favorite gun in the series with the Mutator right behind it
Hold the primary fire for the mutator to get more mutation for your shot, except for Big McLargehuge guys, it instant mutates enemies in 1 hit.
At first, I was having my doubts on this game. Now that I've seen all of the guns, I have changed my mind. THIS GAME LOOKS CRAZY FUN!!!!!

@ wdma Nope, not kidding, and judging by the reviews world wide most people agree with me on Forza3 vs GT5 but in fairness I'm not a massive racing game fan so Forza's slightly more arcade style suits me. RE online.... in what possible way is the PS3 better than the Xbox?! (apart from the fact that it's free!)
I know which guns I'll be leveling up first, the Rossmore and the Cryogun! Oh and I'll throw in a bit of Auger.

The online mp beta sucked, also annoying dudes with very strong shields. Is the complete game better with online mp? if not, i'm gonna buy gears of war 3.
Bought this on release day and it's been pretty entertaining. BTW - max level on any gun is 3, right?

I have a 360 and PS3 so no bias from me but it seems that the exclusives issue is a big one - the comparisons look like this IMH: Gears vs Killzone - Gears wins Halo vs Resistance - Halo wins (though Resistance is getting better, Halo is getting worse.... ODST anyone?!) Forza vs GT - very close but Forza wins for me But then, PS3 counters with the God of War and Uncharted games which are immense and 360 has nothing to compare. The only thing to touch Uncharted 2 as an overall experience was Mass Effect 2, and now that's on PS3 too. The Xbox is arguably still better for online gaming but the PS3 is really coming into it's own now. I'm sure I'll have missed some comparrisons but that's how I see it...
@grim0187 That's cool man, I got rid of my Xbox for the same reason. You know, after playing Halo, Gears and.. well that's it. I get my multiplat games on PS3 since I prefer the trophy system, but I can totally understand why someone else would do the opposite if he prefers achivements. If you turned your back on the PS3 for lack of good exclusives, you are a fool though. Peace! ;)
Wish this was cross platform. Sadly had to get rid of my PS3 because there just wasnt enough good exclusives. I buy all my multiplat games on the Xbox for achievments. PS3 had a good run with Heavy Rain, God of War 3 and Little Big Planet. Other then that....meh.

Man this was really great...it had a Tobuscus like vibe to it. You know what game you should do next for the Gun Show? Three words: Team...Fortress...2. :D
Really liked this segment. They could probably do two a week--one on a newly released game, one on a past fave. Also, they could take suggestions for descriptions / cheesy puns or tactics with the guns to add into the script for broadcast.
So when are you gonna have a Gun Show where people send it suggestions of the "Hall of Fame" coolest guns from different games?
