I'll bet "Starcraft II" gets, simply by popularity alone (not mentioning polish, of course). "Civ V" was just too bug-ridden on release, "Sup Com 2" while a favourite of mine, just miffed too many hardcore fans and "Chaos Rising" was simply too short and an expansion.
DoW 2 Chaos Rising should win....it brings the real concept of war...not like starcraft 2, blizzard makes copies of warhammer 40k so it should not count! CHAOS RISING FTW!!!!
Starcraft II had better take this. That was the best RTS game ever created. Civilization 5 should not even be on that list.
