Check out some gameplay footage of SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs.
Hmm, may just be this video, but I hope they included footsteps, breathing, grunts, etc. The video seemed kind of "naked" sound wise.
I would really like to see some stealth gameplay. That is what made Socom single player special compared to all the other shooting gallery games.
I've just never been unsatisfied by the multiplayer of a SOCOM game in the past. They're tagging on a "4" on this one. I expect at least an 8.0 from gamespot and another solid multiplayer experience.
bah looks like they are going a more arcade route with this game, I just watched them shoot guys like 3 times and then the enemy continues to run and fire until they shoot them about 3 more times. Think I'll pass, which is a pity since I loved all the PS2 SOCOM games.
I'm wondering the same thing. Why no reticle? Maybe playing with the move and shooting at the screen? If so that would be insanely easy and no real skill. It would ruin the series for me. Socom 2 was the best Socom in my opinion, lets follow that path for a good base.
@flash-g Well I guess it might be because these are the only two current gen games they've made. Seems like mag might have reminded people of the earlier socom games if they hadn't been so visually dissimilar.
