@wiiwiiwii22: The developers of Battlefront I and II closed shop on 2009, so good luck with that. @DungeonLeader: Do you always take rumours are the definite truth? It's already been confirmed that a third installation *could* happen (this was said in October). @Torque203: This is a new Infinite story, the one from the first game is not part of this although its events probably took place with the clone instead.
As my favourite character from the movies, I'm all for seeing Leia with a lightsaber and a big battle between her and Starkiller, it fits the trilogy to see the main characters in big confrontations, (looks like the top of the landing platform over the bunker, maybe the large dish from Return of the Jedi, but I'm guessing) but aren't they taking the whole 'What If' thing too far? I would prefer DLC that expanded on the 'proper' storyline, not this alternate alternate and alternate one more time plot. Besides, I wouldn't be able to kill Leia, so there had better be a 'Light Side' or 'Get Ass Kicked by Organa' option, or forget it! :) And yes, he looks like Ezio. Everyone thinks it. They might regret that design choice.
yea that would be gd but this looks gd it will be instesting to see how it plays out for starkillers clone and sound with the voice over that there may be a cutscence with vader and emperor that would be cool and it seems like you get fight lea with saber that could be a gd fight lol
I very desperately want them to release the 1998 Star Wars Trilogy arcade game? Pleeeeeaaaaase polish it up and release it as DLC or on a disc for retail sale........That would be completely awesome.
Ok if they make this they need to make DLC to make sense of the good ending since the third game already got canceled. HOW DOES DARTH VADER ESCAPE??????

I hope they release dlc that explains what happened with the light ending. That... made no sense. Like it was cut short. Won't go into to detail to avoid spoilers, but I'm pretty sure that this game can be considered non-canon until it's explained what happened after the cliffhanger ending.
Bring back the Xwing and Tie fighter series for the PC and console - current gen graphics would be epic. That was the glory days - before the dark time, before LA became the empire....................

@isshiah But at the dark side ending Starkiller was killed by a clone, remember? In this bonus mission we shall play with the clone.
@sanditi yeah, that's what i'm getting at....but updated for the current generation. @Forcecaster this is the dark side ending but the trailer says starkiller still lives.... if they want to keep retelling the saga, i want to see the sith stop being such idiot's and cover up that exhaust port on the bloody death star 2.
@isshiah These "unlimited storytelling" or how they have called it last year has nothing to do with the game's light side ending. Just think about it: the light side ending is the canonical continuation of the Star Wars saga, so there's nothing that they can "rethink" because we know the future of the story. But the dark side ending is something totally different, they can retell the whole Star Wars saga in a different manor.
Wow. They just released The Force Unleashed 2, which was waaayyy too short and now they have this DLC available. Don't get me wrong, I love Star Wars, but I feel like I'm being conned by Lucasarts
@isshiah Star Wars RPG...Check out Kights of the Old Republic, unless you want something in the same time period as the movies.
@Forcecaster what if you choose the light side ending and capture vader? how does that ending fit in? i would like a a star wars (singleplayer) RPG. imagine something like Mass Effect but in the star wars universe. there is so much potential, i don't know why it must be connected to the movies.

Well wouldn't it be great if they make another TFU3 that it is actually story driven and long enough for you to actually play the game without completeing it in less than half a day. Also how many times must we say this on forums WE WANT BATTLEFRONT 3 and maybe a new jedi academy!
@isshiah This must be the clone who killed Starkiller, because "what if Starkiller have returned to the dark side"... and we know what has happened after choosing the dark side ending.
I thorughly enjoyed the first one.Story was good which was a surprise. This one is just a prettier version.Nothing major has been added to freshen it.After 20mins i can honestly say i am bored.
@ battlefrontphil I am amazed Star Wars fans arent screaming for Batllefront.In all honesty i prefer 3rd person games and a Battlefront online battle with current gen graphics would be a beast of a game.
Okay this is where I start to get mad. Why do they keep ruining the original story with these DLC? They should make a new Force Unleashed game that takes place between Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. There are several years that they could play with there and really show how much of a bad ass Luke was. Oh well, I'll probably buy this anyways just for kicks.
Man I dunno...I loved the first Force Unleashed and everyone keeps saying what a let down this one is....I think I'll wait to get it
@jenguando Thank you! Yes Lucasarts, Battlefront 3 with better graphics, a cover system and force-unleashed style jedi physics is long overdue.
so this is the real starkiller not the clone who killed him in the darkside ending? i returned the game anyway even though i preordered the collectors edition. i was really disappointed that the story went nowhere. people complain about paying 60 bucks for a game. i pay over AU$100 (US$110?) for most games i buy. i'd be in heaven if i could buy games at that price.

they've already said on facebook that the dlc is only $1 (about 79 pence for me) which is fair considering how the game didnt really meet everyones expectations.
Meh I was hoping for a continuation from the Force Unleashed 1 dlc but I suppose this will have to do, Im guessing in the next one we'll have Luke and Vader vs You and Palpatine on the Death Star 2 and then You vs Palpatine
Neat idea but since I was disappointed by the gameplay in the first game, I think I will pass on the Force Unleashed II until it is A LOT cheaper. We Star Wars fans need a well developed, spiritual successor to "Dark Forces: Jedi Knight" or "X-Wing vs TIE Fighter" if Lucasarts wants to make a winning title.
WHAT IF.... We stopped completely sexually assaulting the Star Wars lore? ...or... "My Apprentice may yet surprise you." How so? Is he going to be in a good game? Truthfully Ewoks are about all I would expect Emo-Starkiller to be able to take in a fight.
Ewoks?!? Seriously? They pick the worst thing from the first 3 movies and put it in the game. Man they really are running out of ideas.
