VanOrd was a tad awkward here, albeit credit is due for the effort.
Yeah... I'd probably still enjoy playing Republic Commando yet again, more than playing this one the first time, having played the original Force Unleashed. It was so captivating until I actually did so, then it soon became repetitive and the bland and lackluster of it all sank in quickly.
Judging from both titles' cinematics, I believe it's safe to say we'd all have preferred movies to games. Live action or even CGI, as at least a couple of cinematic trailers were jaw dropping in visuals, animation and sound. Could've been a helluva story too, had it more breathing room as a flick rather than this.
A wasted protagonist. I always was partial to him even before I played. Found it amusingly peculiar how I recognized his face from one thing alone, a limited tertiary character appearance in the first season of Dexter. The character he played there made it all the more curious to find him giving his face and voice to Starkiller. I think he did it well, in spite of things.
