@Sahle123 Sounds like the jealous ramblings of a bitter little zergling. Face it Protoss locks.
I don't mean to sound cynical, since I sorta liked Starcraft 2, but there's no way they're changing enough about it to justify multiple years of waiting, and the (I would assume) high price of a game. Did it take that long to come up with a few tweaks and a couple more units for each side? I generally like expansion packs, but there's something a little off-putting about this one.
@Dradeeus But it's not really about changing the game, that is what sequels are for not expansion. It is a new single player campaign to expand the story and yes new multi player units. Those new units took a while to develop and balance (still in the process of with the beta) because there is a lot at stake for them to improve the multi player (read esports scene). The new units are being designed in such a way that will let the top level players play the game differently than just make pretty new units and attack if that make sense to you
@Dradeeus you obviously dont play much if you think it was a few tweaks here and there...
@Dradeeus i personally play Multiplayer because its quite competitive.Also story was pretty nice.But as the whole (graphics,gameplay,strategic options),it cant be compared to other games such as Company of Heroes or older CNC games(recent were horrible).Its more like a clickfest-do everything fast to win or you lost.
Ill tell you what they have done wrong in starcraft 2 in general.
The game requires you to pump adrenaline as much as u need in a shooter.The problem here is that this is a strategy that requires you to have the reflexes of a first person shooter.
You cant play a strategy game with the same adrenaline required in a first person shooter.
Currently in order to play sc2 u need cocaine and 3 bottles of redbull.
Thats why the game sucks balls.
With the same adrenaline required to play starcraft 2 i prefere to play call of duty were my action require less thinking and my actions are more accurate than this crap.
@Seifer24 its always been about APM in the PRO leagues because there is little room for error.
Sorry but your argument is a complete joke in normal competitive games online. Very rarely is it based on APM unless you are extremely slow.
Sorry you arent playing a board game you dont have time to sit around and wait forever to make a move get over it cry baby you have no idea what you are talking about
@Seifer24 Having High APM /= High Adrenaline.
The only time you have high adrenaline in SC2 is when you're forced to THINK and have High APM at the same time. Like, when things do not go as planned and you're forced to react harshly.
The rest of the game, people have high APM because they're comfortable with high APM. When you're just building up army/base, you could have over 300 APM and be pretty relaxed at the same time. High Adrenaline is only about 10% of every SC2 game.
Having high APM has always been part of playing Starcraft. Anyone that played BW knows this. The fact your too slow to handle it doesn't make it a bad game. But you entitled to your own opinion. Haters gonna hate.
@Seifer24 I thought i was just getting slow... glad to I'm not the only one that thinks that.
i agree, the win factor should be dependent on strategy not mouse speed. if i try to play too fast i start clicking on all the wrong stuf.
