There is ONE thing about this game that I dislike the most!

The AI.
I like playing fighters in the single player mode, but the AI in this is just terrible. It does not tag out when it should even on the highest difficulty, and it like to spam the same move over and over again. I miss the times in SF2 when the AI would follow a certain pattern, and then out of nowhere stop it and advance on you. To this day I still panic when that happens.
I do not get the same vibe from this AI. It is such a joke. The sad thing about this is that Capcom will never fix this. I hope their next game will be better. What ever it is.

i dont find the AI to be as bad as KoF or Seth on sf4 thats just some blatant cheating. but i think we'll always have to deal with a forward walking guile that sonic booms you a second later

I am not really talking about a cheap AI. I wish this AI would cheat more. I liked MVC3 AI on higher difficulties for example. I also like fighting Seth. He is not as hard a Gill however. I miss fighting games with a fun AI to fight.

I call it a valid complaint. I have a 2mb/s connection and can't find anyone out here that wants to throw down, the CPU is my only option until I leave here. I wan't Capcom to find a nice balance between what we have in SFxTK and SFA3 Akuma's input reading shenanigans (walk in jab, if you keep blocking he throws, if you touch a button he SRK's, if you don't block he does a combo... I hated getting stuck in that loop).

I think he want cheap and challenging AI like SNK rather than dump AI in this game. Much like the AI from GG when everybody you fighting read your input and have the reflex of a pro.

And that's why I love it. Compare to Capcom bosses, they are leagues about them. Remember Omega Rugal, NO JUMP OR EAT GENOCIDE CUTTER.

I think that was Magaki in KOF XI. And I agree, the AI is really stupid in this game. Not only do they not tag out when they should, if they DO manage to get a character with low health tagged out, they almost always immediately go for a launcher combo, to bring the heavily damaged guy back in with all his recoverable health gone. You might as well just let them hit you with it, since the character coming in off the tag never does anything as a follow up. They're trading like 140 damage to you to take out a character with full health and bring in a character who is almost dead
Even on hardest, the AI almost never blocks cross ups properly, and even if they do, they usually stop blocking after it, so you get a combo anyway.
