Game production companies need to learn this fact: Just because your game plays exactly like a huge, critically accepted title does not mean that it is going to as accepted. If you can come up with some AWESOME ideas, then hire an AWESOME team to make it happen. SO many good ideas are wasted because the company releases the game with a obscene amount of glitches and problems. If they make a game that employs multiplayer that caters to gamers who like the style of battlefield and COD (with gibb effects of gears of war.. please), with a campaign that is not linear, and not generic, and the campaign played like Arkham Asylum, except in a very FPS sorta way, it would be GOTY.
The only way i can imagine tey could make Syndicate work as an FPS is if there was an EPIC environmental destruction engine, some sweet AI, some option for programming citizens to act as cannon fodder, oh and some extreme use of the sweet weaponry (gadgets etc) along with some serious high explosive useage. This trailer sadly has none of these things. Stll...... 3 months to recreate the entire game!!!
The original has a place in my top 5 favourite games. Will be interesting to visit it's world again, but must say I'm disappointed. A remake of the original, not Syndicate Wars, would be sublime. They can promote the s*** out of this all they want but it still wont make it syndicate. EA, lets all forget this happened and make the real syndicate in a few years.
WHY?!?!?! One of the best old-style rts game ruined for a nowadays stupid merchandise... Really disappointed about this.
...wow... just... i have no words for this... Christ, the only thing lamer than this video was that absolutely sh***y techno remix of the original game's musical score...
4-player co-op idea looks good for fps but i'm really sad for syndicate being fps...i'll pass
This looks pretty slick and smooth, but I hope the story is top-notch with the action. It reminds me of Blade Runner a little bit in term of visuals haha
This game seems very flashy.. I'm not so sure about the content or how it actually feels outside these fast-cut trailers.
the last video was much better...this one makes me uncertain of how this game will turn out, but still some interesting content.
