Hi, I've never played skyrim on the pc and have never been the most tech savy when it comes to computers and their ilk, but I was wondering how easy it is to actually download mods to skyrim.

I'm considering buying it for the pc, but don't want it to be too much of a hassle as I already have it for my 360.

I've just had bad experiences trying to mod some other games before and wanted the pc gamer's opinion.

"I am not a man of words. But I respect the power of words, for that is what transformed me. The words of the Sith Code. Others had heard them, contemplated them, and so on. But I understood them, and they changed me. For what was I before I heard those words? Nothing."

It's extremely easy if you have it on steam or in this case workshop for steam is very very simple to use/dl a mod.

Skyrim Nexus (skyrim mod site) got a lot simpler as well with it's auto loader, which all you have to do is dl the auto loader (it's kind of like limewires old interface) and Nexus dler is even compatible with steams workshop, meaning you can have both mods from both mod sites.

Now playing: Metro Last Light(pc)League of Legends(pc)Fire Emblem Awakening(3DS)

    Steam-Panzerdeathknight,PSN-Ballroompirate,XBL-Namlessboss

yea bethesda makes modding user friendly and with this game there are two ways as Ballroompirate said

    1Through Steam Workshop

    2 Through skyrim nexus

with the 2nd you can download and place items manually or you can download the nexus mod manager and download trough that it autamaticly installs things for you making it easy to keep track of your mods and removing them with one click if needed.

there are only very few mods that cant be installed trough mod manager but they are usually old and not that good.
