How to play 1280x720 fullscreen, but without black bars?

Well, I just got my Witcher 2 EE over GOG today, however I have a bit of an issue. My PC isn't too strong (see below) so I'm forced to play TW2 on low settings, with 720p resolution. Now, that wouldn't be much of a problem if the windowed mode would not cause so much goddamn eyestrain; I'm used to playing games in fullscreen, so the text and the interface in this game when playing windowed makes my eyes poke out.

OK, enough with the drama, is there a way to play the game in 1280x720 (my monitor is 1080p) but make it stretch to fill the screen? Heck, Sniper Elite V2 has this option, I'd expect this game to have it as well.
