Wow I just rolled 5 of a kind in dice and didn't get the achievement...

Reload an older save and try again. happened to me even when the opponent didn't quit.

So if they fold, you don't get it? That's ridiculous, the achievement is for rolling 5 of a kind, not beating someone.

try again either in the prologue or in the chapter 1 inn
low level players won't fold. high level players will, so prologue or chapter 1 is your best bet
