Since it's come to my attention there were multiple clues not separated by commas I stopped maintaining the separate unknown list clues, just defer to Bleudreagen's original post or the Neogaf post for those.
Numbers with no entries still have all three passwords to work out, entries with just one or two passwords still have one or two passwords to work out, and bolded entries are complete.
