This will only give YOU Inf. Health, enter the cheat when playing the game. That means while your in a game and it is not paused. And NO it dosen't work on X-Box Live.

Enter This Code During Game Play (Do Not pause or Anything Else).

In order to play on maps that are not part of team survival, create a room on xbox live, when it asks you for a game type pick mission. When it asks you to pick a board highlight Import/export. Once highlighted hit ''B'' to cancel it. This will take you back to the screen where you set the game up. This time change the game type to Team Survival. and pick the import/export map. And start the room. when you play the game you will be in a different map from the regular import export map. This trick only works on a few of the zones. Also know that when you do this both teams will spawn in the same location.
