In convictions, Sam was an old man. Here though, in this trailer, he has been reverted to his mid-twenties. What's going on here? Also his voice has changed, it's almost as if it's not Fisher at all. In that case it's not Splinter Cell either. They alwayshave to go and screw a good series up by changing the character. just like Stargate, SG-1, once O'neil left, and the new dude and that Vala appeared, it just wasnt the same, and the Ori too. Now with Stargate Universe, I feel like puking.

    Adamomars out.

The devs said in an interview that Sam doesn't have an age. He's just the "mature hero" everyone loved.

Whatever that means. Everything would be fine with me if Ironside stayed on. But that's not Ubi's fault.

Do you have the link to what the devs say? According to many sites I've looked at it says Sam Fisher was born on 1957 in Towson, Maryland.

Also there's a reason beside Ironside leaving. Here's a link.

If he was born in 1957, that would make him around 60 in the new game. I don't know any 60 year olds who can pull stunts like he does in the game trailer.

They could do what the devs are doing with halo 4 have 2 actors one for the stunts and one for the voice...
Sam Fisher's voice was one of the best things about the sc series by changing it they have killed this franchise for many

I know exactly what you mean and I agree!!! Why wouldn't they do that? I'm pretty sure Sam Fishers voice actor isn't getting to old to talk. :p
