Zachary Levi catches up with Camilla Luddington behind the scenes of Tomb Raider.
I'm at the end and for some strange reason, when I fight that monster after I knocked his helmet off, when I hit the F key, he just keeps knocking me aside. Can't seem to stick him with my ax. Can anyone help? PLEASE, PLEASE, HELP.
Why do we need Lara to be anything more than a sex symbol? If I wanted 'real' I wouldn't be sitting in front of my computer playing a video game, I'd be at work dealing with ugly HR cows with deep-rooted psychological issues. The series was just starting to really pick up in terms of quality and storyline with the previous two or three installments, now they're going to try turn Lara into a boring Lifetime Network drone. Where did the idea ever originate that people want depressing videogames? Lara's career was built on the lust of horny nerds. Make the games for us or don't make them at all.
@duberdurm you are absolutely right, that game picked up because Lara is smokin' hot.
@duberdurm Wow man, your comment is actually one of the stupidest things I've ever read in my entire life.
@Stabba_The_Kutt That's because big naturals sag badly and plastics go all square and crease over time.
I'm not sure I understand why everybody hates the new Lara, I think going back and making her more human iss cool it gives her character and depth. from what I've seen Lara still looks like a badass
I sure hope the game in question is nothing like this video. I think about one tenth of it was actually game material. I'll go out on a limb and say that gamers are not interested in shots of this bearded oxygen thief posing with a cup of coffee, but rather in the game itself. A behind-the-scenes look is only interesting when the production in question is a hit, not before it has been released and, furthermore, before it is well-received. Show us the game, not your dumbass studio. Also, this chick looks way too prissy. I'd rather see a Lara Croft that's more on the tough side, not some runway hooker. But, that's just me.
Camilla is veeeery cute!!! But she is not Lara. More like Cinderella.
And yes, the video kept freezing! What a shame.
Apparently, we were just treated to a viewing of Lara's first kill. Pity the video froze right there.
She is cute but the character in the game is crazy hot... most of the time I go for the real thing, like I prefer a woman without make up... if this isn't true art then I don't know... I am right now just talking about the character's look...
I'm having some issues with the video. It's fully loaded, and the audio works fine, but sometimes the picture freezes while the audio continues. Anyways - the VA seems pretty cool, which makes me feel bad about thinking her voice isn't a good fit. Though from the previews she sounds talented, so I'm sure it's just the difference between her and Lara's old VA that is throwing me off.
Eh? They said she was English but she's talking with an awful American accent. I hope she doesn't sound like that in the actual game. Very annoying voice.
apparently you get Camilla when you pre-order the game. She comes in a human-size box along with the game to your house and you get to play with her for a day. Good deal if you ask me.
Tombraider has always been lingering , but , I guess it never had what it takes ? then boom a competitor called Naughty Dogs took the reins with it's puzzles and the beautiful scenery and more realistic type action figures if TR is to challenge Drake and co.it will have to go out on a limb w/o losing the feel of the originals ? I say why not look at the new cars , did people stop buying them ? if I had a choice I would stay with the late 60's , but , time waits for no one and I hope TR gets GOTY !
