Gravel roads and small garage?

Stupid question, but I can't figure out how to switch between gravel and paved roads. Also, I found all the new buildings except the small garage, which menu is it in?

You don't build gravel roads yourself, the paved roads automatically become gravel if they are far enough away from a building.

The small garage is not actually a new building, they just made the garage smaller.
