What is the best strategy for getting the flash ko trophy?

I honestly can't provide a tutorial or what have you but just in case it helps I'll tell you how I got it. I was playing with Kimbo Slice I believe I forget the opponent but I remember his Standing Punch Defense was low, It was on beginner and as soon as the bell rang I sprinted over and threw a haymaker punch. Like I said I may have got lucky and timed it just right or lucky in general but whatever it may have been it worked lol. I hope that helps.

Has to be a perfectly timed counter. It's pretty random. I got only 2 flash kos. My one with Ricardo Almeida, I did the sway forward where u duck and throw the right overhand, and I did that right as the comp Alan Belcher throw a jab, Ko'd him in 90 seconds in the first round. I knew it was flash cuz I got the trophy. But it pretty much has to be
a lucky counter hit.

Does it have 2 b the first blow of the fight or can i get it latter on in the fight cause i still can't get it. HELP!!!!!!
