  FIFA 09 Cover Athlete(s) Announced

  So, i'm back with another blog, but just to let you all know, its about FIFA this time. Today, or maybe a couple of days ago, FIFA announced its cover athletes for their latest edition of FIFA 09. Which you can take a look right here....

  

  I think it looks alright.

  Anyway, on more gaming related news, I am going to get Madden 09 Collectors Edition on eBay for a much lower price than on if you buy in the store, particularly GameStop.

  It'll be coming on Tuesday the earliest and Thursday the latest. I cannot wait honestly....

  Etc. Etc. Etc. It just keeps going and going.

  I'm back. The whole Giant Bomb thing didn't really work itself out. It was a little hectic there in the forums and wow, do we have some immature kids over there. Not to say that we have our own here, but nonetheless, its more over there than here. Anyway, you'll be seeing me writing blogs more and more every day so you can catch up with me with technology stuff and games.

  In some game-related news, I changed my team name on GameBattles to Team Upgrade, with a logo of.....

  

  Pretty nice I think.

  Also, if you haven't heard, GameSpot Wide has launched with its beta site, and I think ti looks pretty slick, its nice and interactive. Hopefully, it will get people back on the site again and hopefully we'll see some Union V2 updates, because frankly, i've been waiting far too long for it. TOO LONG. I've been following it since it was annoucned and I just want it to come already.

  My gaming purchases have been far and wide. I've made quite a few and this is my gaming purchases for the rest of the year.

  

  This is the 1st sports game i'll be getting this year, it'll be the Collector's Edition because it included so many extras.... the next one will be...

  

  That will be my sports purchases for the year. I only like these kind of sports, but don't get me wrong, I watch all kinds of sports, its just that I find these two to be more entertaining in my opinion for me.

  Madden 09 will be in 2 weeks and FIFA 09 will be in Oct.

  In Sept, i'll be getting....

  

  Yes, this game will be so good. Mark my words. Being able to use the Force while being Darth Vader's secret apprentice? Overwhelming the Galaxy with your force powers, silencing all that oppose you and the Empire? Getting to choose your own PATH? Yeah, i'd say its pretty exciting.

  In the Fall....

  

  can't wait for this to come. This has already won several E3 awards, and wow it just looks amazing. Its made from Bethesda, the makers of Oblivion. Now, i didn't like Oblivion when I got it but, after seeing this, this is more like it. Its Oblivion meets the future. NICE!

  In Nov.....

  

  You bet i'll be getting Gears of War 2, not just the game, but the Limited Edition. This will def be worth it, just read up on all the extras included in the LE. This is also a game worth getting for a limited edition and its at a good price of $70 which is very rare for LE these days.

  Tell me, how is it NOT worth it?

  That's it for my gaming purcahses, oh wait, there is ONE more thing I forgot to mention....

  

  Thats for Christmas, hopefully....
