28 weeks later!
No this blog post has no reference to the movie (which I am still yet to see). It is however the exact amount of time today since my last blog post claiming I would post more regularly and do more blogs and blah dee blah dee blah....well that turned out to be lies. However I feel I can live up to this more so now. While my activity on forums won't be great I'll probably post on certain Game Boards and Music union boards etc.. anyway geting back on topic in those 28 weeks I've had some busy times. I have been really busy with school which is now over. Sat all of my exams a few weeks ago including Higher Mathematics, Higher Music Studies and Higher Graphic design studies. All went very well so I am hoping good results come through the post come August but I unfortunately won't be here to get them because I'll be lapping up the sun in Florida for 6 weeks
well technically 5 as I head off for a vacation on my vacation to California for a week. So I am now very glad to have that over and done with..as the studying and worrying was starting to do my head in. So having left school now I am feeling slightly Melancholy about it as I was ther for 5 years of my life and I've made 90% of my friends there. My best friend went there with me and now we are all off to do different things be it College, Work, University..whatever! Im fortunate that I got a place at Robert Gordon's University to study Digital Design..I am REALLY looking forward to it as its the kind of stuff im into. It involves a lot of 3D Modelling, Animation, Structural Modelling, Audio and Video Production. It just looks awesome and has vast career prospects after graduation..living in Aberdeen which is one of the biggest Oil capitals in the world I can take advantage of some connections with family and get myself a job in the oil and gas industry. Lots of money which is great but I can't see myself enjoying that as much as the other things I would love to do. One of the guys that finished the course got an internship at EA games in San Francisco. Which is SOO freakin cool. I would love to get into the games industry after this. I don't think money would be much of an object when I would be extrememly passionate about my work. So in the next 5-10 years I'll hopefully with luck be working on a video game for you all. Maybe get EA out of there little slump they've been having. But I don't have to start worrying about University till late September.
So far I have had about a week and a half free. I have spent it playing Guitar, Picking up extra hours at work, I got the chance to spend time with my dad over the weekend. First time he's been in Aberdeen in nearly 4 years, and I am slowly plowing through a small pile of games I REALLY want to play through. So lets discuss this pile, whilst playing Final Fantasy XI possibly the most addictive MMORPG I have encountered I have to play through Age of Empires III/War chiefs expansion/Asian Dynasties - Alone in the Dark: A new nightmare - GTA4 (barely even scratched the surface) - Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom - Resistance:FOM - MotorStorm - Viking: Battle for Asgard - Metal Gear Solid 4 (when its released)...so thats quite a few games to play through, fortunately I have the time now.
So that is pretty much my update. I will let you know how my 4 months of vacationing and playing games goes. Hope you are all ready to enjoy your Summer as well. Peace out and god speed! \M/ ( '#' ) \M/

Brothers and Sisters! Lend me your eyes and read my Blog!
Ahhhhh its about time. Well folks I have been a member of Gamespot since February last year. I have been off and on these forums and I visit everyday to find out about new stuff happening in the world of games. I stopped posting regularly months ago. However I am back now and am going to try to make at least a minimal attempt to make some posts comment on some blogs and regularly write one myself, hopefully. Ill be writing up a blog post soon when I have some more time, and then you can read all about me, my life, what I think and whats happening in my world, but until then I bid you farewell Gamespot
