  Being skint annoys me.

  I havent blogged for a while people, but something happened today that now gives me the need to tell everyone! Here goes:-

  I finished work today at 1pm and i decided to pop into my local GAME shop for a little browse. I havent a penny to my name at the moment, so i had no intention of buying anything, just killing time if you will.

  While lookin at the Playstation 2 pre-owned section, i spotted a copy of Shadow of the Colossus in near mint condition for only £9.99! There was a huge sticker on the front though stating '£9.99 each or 4 for £20!'

  With that, i started to demolise the section lookin for another 3 good quality titles to make the above copy work out at only being a fiver. After finding Silent Hill 3 (near mint), Dirge of Cerberus (near mint) and Okami (little damage to the case) i was ready to take them to the till. Oh and the intention was to sell Okami (i already own it) and Dirge of Cerberus (played it once before, awful game!) before anyone points out these facts!

  Then, it was like getting struck by lighting! I HAD NO MONEY! Nothing, zilch, naff all!

  For 10 minutes i was on top of the world, then reality sunk in. With a little tear in my eye, i placed MY Shadow of the Colossus back in the pile with my other finds and left the shop empty-handed.

  Does anybody else feels my pain?

  Even gamespot hasnt got the answer!!!

  WTF!!!!???? I have a Nintendo DS Lite and I love it to pieces (as you do!), but im a little confused by the DSi's ability of 'region free' software being used on it.

  If i wanted to play an american or japanese cartridge on my bought in the UK DS, it would work, right?

  But what about the DSi?? I have been looking through gamespot for the past hour and couldnt find anything about region locks on software, if there is any. On ebay, some sellers say that the US games dont work on all DSi's, yet some just put region-free and will work on all DS and DSi's!! And, if this region lock is true, it means Nintendo Europe can charge a stupidly high retail price on all software and i will be a very angry gamer!!

  After all that ranting and what not, im just gonna keep hold of my DS as i use it for my GBA games as well!

  Then again, that limited edition Zelda gold GBA SP on ebay looks very tempting.....

  Oldboy!!

  Finally gonna get round to watching oldboy! Wonder if g knows ive had his dvd for 3 months now?? Oh well!!
